The keypad beeps repeatedly as the door mechanism activates with loud rumbling. The tall long-haired figure and Gon walk into a vast empty chamber. A massive reinforced vault door with gauges and pipes stands before them. Gon stares at the door with a serious, focused expression. The tall figure stands beside him, observing the heavy locking mechanism.

In a dimly lit room, Milluki stands with his back to the viewer as Killua faces him. A voice asks, "Who asked the last 'wish'?" Illumi appears in profile, stating, "She hasn't finished 'pestering' yet." He continues, "I think you're aware, but." Milluki confirms via computer monitor that the transaction with Milluki was legitimate, proving the newest PC model was the true request. Killua, shown in close-up with spiky hair, mutters, "I guess... I'll probably be okay. If it's just a PC, then..." A sudden dark panel reveals Killua's shocked face as he realizes, "Was it because she was being manipulated by Illumi!?" In the final wide panel, Killua grips a large ship's wheel in a mechanical corridor, crying out in anguish, "Who is going through all this...!!!! How... How could I do this?! Abandoning my little sister."

Illumi confronts Killua on a wooden walkway, declaring, "Have you forgotten how many people have died?" Killua replies, "I can't accept that." Alluka stands small in the background as Illumi insists, "I know Alluka better than anyone!! There is no need." A voice offers, "Killua... Let me just confirm this with you." Illumi demands, "Would you repeat the rules for when asking a 'wish' from Alluka?" Killua kneels, shouting, "We're the ones who are killing!!" In a close-up, Illumi's intense face fills the frame as he states, "Than is the promise I made with you. As a father, you're more precious to me. If you can't keep a cool head, I'll end this here." A dark mountainous silhouette appears with the words "Alluka is..." Killua's face is shown in shadow as Illumi asks, "So would you repeat them for me?"

Under the trees outside a large estate, young Alluka stands on a stone wall waving both hands excitedly and calling out 'MITSUBA -----'. Another speech bubble repeats the name while a third demands 'CARRY ME -----'. Alluka’s wide eyes and open mouth show pure delight. Below, a sequence of panels shows Alluka climbing a long brick staircase while saying 'OKAY, OKAY.' Mitsuba, carrying Alluka on her back, walks along a stone path and replies 'NOW CLIMB ALL THE WAY UP THERE.' and 'THERE WE ARE.' Alluka answers 'YES, YES, ALL RIGHT.' Further panels depict the pair playing in the garden; Alluka runs ahead and Mitsuba follows, both saying 'OKAY, OKAY.' Mitsuba then swings Alluka in her arms while declaring 'NOW PLAY UPSY-DAISY WITH ME-----'. In the final wide panel Mitsuba, now facing the viewer with a gentle smile, asks 'YES, YES, WHAT IS IT, YOUNG MASTER ALLUKA?' while Alluka, held in her arms, again calls 'MITSUBA -----'.

Mitsuba’s expression suddenly shifts to shock, eyes wide and mouth open, as she utters 'いゃ…'. Alluka’s face appears next, eyes completely blacked out and mouth stretched in a wide, unsettling grin. A small circular panel shows only darkness. The view widens to a forest path where Mitsuba stands holding Alluka at a distance while a panicked voice cries 'UM, SOMEONE! MASTER ALLUKA’S FACE HAS SUDDENLY…!!!' Mitsuba answers 'AH, IT’S FINE. JUST LEAVE IT TO ME!' In smaller panels young Killua is shown being flipped upside-down in an upsydaisy game, limbs flailing, while shouting 'UPSY DAISY!' twice. The final panel shows Killua standing with Alluka and Mitsuba; Killua asks 'ALLUKA!! WOULD YOU GIVE BIG BROTHER AN UPSY-DAISY?' and Alluka replies 'OKAY.'

Young Killua speaks on the phone, saying he has already contacted their mother. Alluka stands beside him with arms outstretched, happily agreeing to keep the secret from everyone. Killua reacts with shock, realizing the secret was supposed to be only between him and Alluka. In a traditional room, an adult Killua sits across from a person in a dark kimono. The seated figure explains that playing "upsy daisy" three times will turn Alluka's eyes pitch black. Killua recalls the first time it happened and how he asked Alluka to return his eyes to normal, receiving one wish in return. The figure warns that asking three pesterings turns the eyes black, while one wish turns them white again.

Close-ups show Killua's face, a long-haired man, and a person wearing a visor. In an outdoor playground, the butler Mitsuba stands before Killua and confirms understanding the order to decline Alluka's pesterings when face-to-face. Mitsuba then interacts with young Killua and Alluka, refusing to carry Killua because of the three-pestering rule. Young Killua pleads while Alluka watches. Mitsuba kneels and suggests playing bug catching instead, but the children react with distress as the rule is enforced.

A bandaged man in a formal suit sits rigidly and mutters "TER." Beside him a pigtail-haired woman clasps her hands and cries, "I MUSTN'T DO THAT EITHER, YOUNG MAS-" then "U~~~~H, I'M SORRY." An unseen speaker asks, "THEN, COULD YOU GIVE ME AN UPSY DAISY?" A sharp "PUCHU" sound effect erupts as a small object or limb strikes the ground amid sparse grass. On a raised ledge Killua stands with one hand near his mouth while Alluka crouches behind him, both staring downward. Below them three suited men react in alarm; the nearest, wearing glasses, leans forward with mouth open. Massive stylized impact lettering and flying debris dominate the foreground, suggesting a sudden violent event just out of frame.

In a vast hall several figures react with shock as "UOOOH!?" and "!!?" burst from speech bubbles. A long-haired man states that two people turned to mince meat instantly despite being in different places. Another panel confirms Hasam was in the butler building and Mitsuba was in the play room. Killua declares "IT'S BECAUSE SHE SAID NO!" A small figure in a striped hat asks "WHAT ON EARTH..." while a long-haired woman watches. In a close-up Alluka shouts "4 TIMES!" and explains "SHE SAID 'NO' TO ALLUKA'S 'PESTERINGS'" while holding a small object; a dartboard is visible behind her.

Against a dark treeline silhouette, the scene shifts indoors. A short-haired girl with a worried expression stands beside a smaller figure whose eyes are solid black. Behind them, a tall woman in a long black dress stands with arms crossed while two girls peek over her shoulders. A small inset shows a stone wall with two distant figures. The tall woman answers, "YES, YOUNG MASTER." Another panel shows her carrying the short-haired girl on her back as the girl calls out, "YASUHA, GIVE ME A PIGGY RIDE-----" Close-ups reveal the short-haired girl's intense eyes and the black-eyed figure's blank stare. Text addresses "YOUNG MASTER ALLUKA." In a large close-up, the short-haired girl, tears on her cheeks, pleads, "MAKE ME A BILLIONAIRE? WOULD YOU PLEASE..." The black-eyed figure replies simply, "OKAY," accompanied by a large, simple smiling face.

The next spread explodes into a chaotic rain of flying banknotes filling the entire panel, with the black-eyed figure tumbling in the center amid the swirling money. At the bottom, three panels capture reactions: the black-eyed figure smiles widely with a hand near its face, the short-haired girl stares in shock with wide eyes and open mouth, and a final inset shows more money scattering through the air.

Bills of money swirl violently through the air above a grassy field backed by jagged mountains and a tall building marked with the letters G H. Two dark silhouettes stand close together in the foreground; one figure speaks the word OKAY. A news report fills the lower panels. The pilot and crew have given repeated nonsensical answers. It seems that finding the cause of the matter is under investigation. An unexplained case has occurred where a transport ship carrying cash suddenly went missing, and when it was discovered all of the cash had disappeared. A young woman with short dark hair appears on screen beside the amount ¥400000000 and declares, I really do not... think this is a coincidence. Nearby silhouettes cry WAAAAAA while another voice shouts I DEEPLY APOLOGIZE!!

Inside a traditional Japanese-style room, several adults in formal attire discuss a girl. One woman with long hair wonders if the girl pester at all even though she is with us. A young girl with pigtails sits on the floor playing with dolls and toy houses. She looks up and asks her father if he would leave the next butler to her. In another panel the same girl, now in a striped shirt, plays amid scattered toys while a standing man receives orders: your mission is to listen to Alluka's pesterings. The girl later appears in a suit and asks yes what is it? A spiky-haired boy with wide eyes suddenly appears in close-up, hands clasped, and requests give me your liver please.

In a cluttered room filled with scattered toys and boxes, a small child with spiky hair stands amid the mess while a girl in a dark dress pleads from the side. "WHY DON'T WE PLAY SOMETHING ELSE?!!" the child shouts. "P... PLEASE WAIT A MOMENT, YOUNG MASTER!!" the girl begs. Nearby voices question, "IS THAT NOT OKAY?" and "IS THAT NOT OKAY EITHER?" as the child replies "EEEEH?" A crowd of onlookers reacts with surprise: "EH!? ER, UM, THAT'S A LITTLE... YOU KNOW?" The girl then extends her hand and calmly states, "THEN, KASUGA, YOUR DUODENUM, PLEASE." Extreme close-ups reveal wide, intense eyes as a voice asks, "CAN I PLEASE HAVE YOUR SPINE?" The girl responds, "THEN KASUGA," while the child cries out desperately. Panels show frantic reactions: "PLEASE!!" and "YOUNG MASTER !!" with the girl looking alarmed. In a dramatic splash, the girl in black lunges forward with arms outstretched amid floating debris, demanding, "CAN I PLEASE HAVE YOUR BRAIN?" as the child stands ready and the girl finishes, "THEN KASUGA,"

A diagram explains Alluka's ability using a yin-yang style circle. Small figures of the child and Alluka exchange numbered "OK" responses. "SHE'LL GRANT YOU 1 'WISH'." If you grant Alluka 3 of Alluka's "pesterings", the degree of "wish" Alluka can grant is probably infinite. A snake-like infinity symbol coils in darkness. "COME TRUE" and "SHE CAN PROBABLY MAKE 'ANYTHING'" appear around the figure. In the final panel, Alluka stands with hands near her face while the child holds up a glowing orb labeled "WISH". "THE BIGGER THE 'WISH' TO ALLUKA IS," one side reads, while the other concludes "HOWEVER," leaving the condition open.

The bottom section shows a dramatic panel of 67 people dying in an incident, a small inset of the Zoldyck family’s most fiendish power, and a spread of circles labeled PESTERING 4 with text stating “WHEN THE ‘PESTERINGS’ ARE DECLINED, THE MORE PEOPLE WILL DIE” and “AND THE BIGGER THE ‘WISH’”. The word “DIE” repeats across the panel with skull icons.
