One exclaims, "AND NOW WE ARE PART OF HIM....! WHAT AN HONOR!! WHAT A BLESSING!!" Another adds, "OUR FLESH AIDED HIM ....!!" while a third declares, "HE'S CLEARLY... MORE POWERFUL THAN HE WAS BEFORE!! CLEARLY!!" A voice notes, "IT'S AS IF WE'RE SHARING HIS CONSCIOUSNESS !!" The King himself is shown in close detail as the group senses his heartbeat and body heat. One states, "THE KING ..." and another replies, "THAT'S WHY WE CAN TELL ....!!" In the final panel, Meruem stands with his back partially turned as the small winged figure and others react in shock to a bright flash, with the narration declaring "IS CONFUSED ...!?"

In the rocky terrain under a cloudy sky, the small winged character suggests, "MAYBE WE SHOULD RETURN TO THE PALACE..." and asks, "MERYEM-SAMA... HOW DO YOU FEEL?" Pouf replies, "MY COPY WILL BE HERE SOON..." and offers, "IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO FEED AGAIN, YOU CAN." Meruem stands with his back turned, hand near his face. A close-up shows Meruem's intense eyes as he questions, "SO THAT FLAVOR WAS REAL..." and "FEED...?" Nearby, the group discusses the name "MERYEM" called in a flash of light. One admits, "AND I COULDN'T TELL IF IT WAS A DREAM OR NOT..." Meruem's face fills the final panel beneath his hat as he states, "I CAN'T REMEMBER ....!!" and asks, "WHY... AM I HERE?"

The helmeted fighter stands tall, declaring that their entire body is filled with strength and that they feel no pain. A small winged figure with glasses hovers nearby, reacting with shock as a bright flash erupts and a tiny creature appears. The narration reveals that the fighter has lost their memory. In a close panel the fighter's foot presses against debris while two small objects labeled 'FEELS HAZY...' and 'ONLY MY HEAD' float in the air. The light-haired girl looks up with wide eyes as the fighter, now standing in a rocky outdoor area, points a cannon-like arm and asks why she looks that way. The girl responds that she sent out her copy to finish any remaining enemies. The small winged figure watches from the side.

The light-haired girl tells the helmeted fighter that even if they are trying to protect her, lying is a form of betrayal. The small winged figure with glasses angrily demands they not do it again. The fighter stands with their cannon arm extended toward a small creature on the ground. In a close-up the girl shouts that she fed on the fighter. The fighter questions whether they fed. The small winged figure and the tiny creature react with alarm, asking what happened and demanding an explanation. The girl and the small winged figure both insist that they knew what would happen and that offering themselves was their own decision. The girl adds that she needs to confirm something first.

A close-up shows Pouf leaning forward with wide eyes, asking Meruem, "DO YOU REMEMBER THE DAY WE FIRST SERVED YOU...?" and "IF YOU REMEMBER WHAT YOUPI AND I USED TO LOOK LIKE..." In the next panels a figure wearing a hat and goggles replies, "I DON'T KNOW." Pouf continues, "BUT I DON'T REMEMBER ANYTHING BEFORE OR AFTER THAT." The figure responds, "NO... MAYBE I SHOULD SAY I REMEMBERED WHO YOU WERE." and "I COULD TELL AT A GLANCE THAT YOU WERE MY GUARDS, POUF AND YOUPI..." An explosion erupts nearby with the sound effect "EXPLOSION...?" and a voice shouts "YES!!" The figure concludes, "IT MUST BE A SHORT-TERM MEMORY LOSS DUE TO THE EXPLOSION." Meruem appears in the final panel, saying "...MERYEM-SAMA."

The final panel shows the hat-wearing figure with a determined expression and glowing effects, declaring, "THAT WILL SURELY HELP YOU REGAIN YOUR MEMORY!!" and "LET'S RETURN TO THE PALACE...!!"

He transforms into a large winged insect form and flies forward through radiating speed lines. "AND KILL KOMUGI!!" Narration bursts outward: "HE WILL HAVE NO OPPORTUNITY TO REMEMBER HER!! THE KING HAS NO MEMORIES OF HER NOW!! IF I DESTROY HER NOW," In a rocky cavern, Pouf stands in full humanoid insect form with segmented limbs and a raised weapon, shouting "FIRST... FIRST I HAVE TO KILL KOMUGI!!" A tiny winged humanoid figure floats nearby. To the right, a spiky-haired character crouches with hand near his mouth, thinking "SHOULD I CONVINCE PITOU!? GET RID OF THE HUMANS!? NO!!!"

Explosive motion lines and impact shapes fill the page as a circular burst radiates outward with multiple X-shaped strikes and debris. The spiky-haired character looks up sharply with wide eyes and a determined expression, hand raised near his face. "OPPORTUNITY!!!" he exclaims in one burst.
