EVICTION

A man with slicked-back hair and a goatee speaks while glancing sideways. "I should've figured the guys in the adjacent rooms could be Hei-ly too." Another voice replies, "If they were expecting pursuers to break through the walls..." In a hallway, two figures stand alert; one says "Damn, we've been had." and another responds "I see." A smaller panel shows a close-up of the man's tense face. Below, the group continues: "We used them to check for traps, but that failed." "Yeah." "There were people in them?" The man with the goatee reasons, "But it's possible that they were restrained and moved to another room, right?" A curly-haired person adds, "Well, their corpses weren't on the autopsy tables in the room I just checked, and I don't see any fresh blood here..." The man concludes sharply, "If those guys were Hei-ly, then we just tipped them off!" Further panels show the group at a door. One says, "If it doesn't open, I'm right." Another notes, "Based on its position, I'd say this is the one." "But we should focus on this instead." "Don't worry. I'm calm." A figure explains, "That would be more efficient than leaving one of their actual members out there." "Maybe they questioned the civilian who came through, caught onto us, then prioritized fleeing over killing them. It might even be protocol to evacuate as soon as a neighbor is sent here." The man with the goatee asks, "I may regret being right." The curly-haired person replies, "And if it does? I'm not worried." Someone mutters "Mhm." Another says, "Just saying there's no way of knowing." The man retorts, "Nah. Are you trying to reassure me?"

A door creaks open as a long-haired person in a dark coat points forward with a knife. The scene shifts to a large cluttered room where several people sit around a table. A long-haired figure stands in the foreground while another with a topknot appears behind. In a closer view of the table, a spiky-haired man speaks, "You can say it's just a matter of taste, but..." A curly-haired person replies, "Sure, but doesn't that make it a bit monotonous?" Another says, "Nah, unity is most important." A short-haired girl adds, "Isn't it better for each of them to be different?" At the table's end, a young girl with bobbed hair says, "I like when they all come together in the end." The spiky-haired man responds, "Right?" A small child mutters, "That's sick." Another voice says, "Uh-huh." The girl finishes, "I feel you."

Hinrigh stands with a serious expression as the group gathers inside the building. The Chrollo lookalike, hands in his pockets, declares he is most invested in the early days before they figure out their vibe and does not want others stepping in and deciding for them. A voice from off-panel shouts "HEY!" and "HEY, YOU THERE!" The Chrollo lookalike continues that this is why he assumes the Heil-Ly base and its members are involved. Hinrigh points forward and states it is best to have backup members to switch between, calling just barging in like a lunatic creepy. The short-haired woman crosses her arms and agrees that unity prevents individual members from messing up the group's cohesion. Nobunaga, seen from the side, replies "YEAH" and notes there is almost certainly another trap through this door. The Chrollo lookalike, holding a long knife, asks if they shall begin while the group sits around a table in the background. Hinrigh adds that he has enough knives to greet them all. The Chrollo lookalike responds that he chose "action" and is not the only one who hates letting trash pile up, while Nobunaga says they probably cannot get in there nonchalantly so they are acting calm.

In a sudden burst of motion the Chrollo lookalike dashes forward with incredible speed, coat flaring and impact lines radiating outward. Hinrigh stands in profile with a surprised expression and an exclamation mark above his head. The scene shifts to a close-up of Hinrigh's face as a knife blade strikes directly through his forehead. Blood sprays and impact effects surround the wound. Hinrigh's eyes widen in pain as he exclaims "THAT HURT." SFX "PSHU" and motion lines emphasize the force of the strike while debris and fragments fly around him.

The spiky-haired man stands with his back to the viewer near an open doorway where a suited figure waits inside. He turns sharply toward the counter as a loud clatter erupts. At the counter, the short-haired woman stares in shock, hand near her mouth. The spiky-haired man, identified as Hinrigh, leans forward with a tense expression while a speech bubble reads 'OH WOW, IT'S ALL THE WAY IN! THAT CAN'T BE GOOD.' Close-up panels show Hinrigh raising a small rectangular device to his eye with a focused glare. A crushed can on the floor suddenly releases a blade through object teleportation, the metal erupting outward. The short-haired woman stares in disbelief as the blade vanishes from the can. Hinrigh stands with his back turned while the Chrollo lookalike watches from the side, noting it is probably a counter-type ability. The Chrollo lookalike offers another blade with a calm 'SURE.' Hinrigh turns around, visibly agitated, and shouts 'WE WERE TOLD NOT TO FIGHT THEM!' as the short-haired woman reaches out to stop him and a small child looks on from the doorway.

The curly-haired man stands tense as energy crackles around him, lightning bolts and motion lines exploding outward. He lunges forward with a determined glare, arm extended. A small figure is blasted backward through the air, arms flailing, mouth open in a scream as the word NGYAA! bursts beside them. In the next panel the light-haired man stares at his raised palm in shock, fingers spread wide with impact symbols Z and D around it. He mutters, 'I wonder how much it'd take to recover?' and 'If this got stuck in my hand...' while the headband-wearing man looks up from his open book with wide eyes and says 'OH.'

The light-haired man startles with a loud 'HUH?' as the headband man thrusts the open book toward him, black impact symbols flashing above it. The scene shifts to a cluttered room where the curly-haired man sits at a long table and warns, 'THINK BEFORE YOU TOUCH ME, THAT'S DANGEROUS!' A girl on the floor apologizes 'MY BAD, MY BAD!' while others at the table discuss abilities and caution one another. In the foreground the curly-haired man turns and replies 'YEAH.' to a long-haired person saying 'EXCUSE ME...' as background voices debate being 'picked for Organ' and warn 'US IDIOTS WILL HIDE, BUT NO FIGHTING IN HERE, OKAY?'

In a ransacked office, Hinrigh stands with his back to the suited man while the legal advisor Yokotani smiles and holds a folder labeled 'Xi-Yu'. Hinrigh raises a fist and shouts, 'OH YEAH, CALL UP THE COPS AND THE ARMY! TELL 'EM SOME WACKO LOST THE PLOT AND STARTED THROWING KNIVES!' Yokotani replies, 'AND YOU ARE?' Hinrigh answers, 'I'M YOKOTANI, THE HEIL-LY FAMILY'S LEGAL ADVISOR.' The advisor then asks, 'MIGHT YOU BE HINRIGH-SAN OF THE XI-YU FAMILY?' and suggests, 'WE'LL RESUME THIS LATER.' In the next panel a curly-haired woman stares in profile as Yokotani continues, 'THE POLICE MIGHT BE HELPFUL ACTUALLY. WE'RE LOST, ANY IDEA WHERE WE ARE?' and warns, 'ON TOP OF ILLEGAL TRESPASSING, YOU'LL BE CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER. IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS, I'LL REPORT THIS RIGHT AWAY.' Nobunaga, in a loose robe with topknot, steps forward and yells 'HEY!' The advisor turns and says, 'BUT IF YOU FOLLOW MY ORDERS, I'M SURE THIS CAN BE RESOLVED AMICABLY. I'M NOT AT LIBERTY TO DISCLOSE SUCH SENSITIVE INFORMATION.' The suited man then smiles at Nobunaga and states, 'YOU'RE QUITE A CATCH, IF YOU DON'T MIND ME SAYING. OH, I RECOGNIZE YOU. YOU'RE NOBUNAGA-SAN OF THE PHANTOM TROUPE.' Nobunaga and the curly-haired woman stand silently in the background.

Nobunaga suddenly draws his sword in a blinding flash, the blade arcing upward with dramatic speed lines and impact effects. His eyes widen in shock as the weapon swings. A close-up shows the suited man's face half-covered by a panel as he begins to say 'WH-' in alarm. The sword continues its path, striking the man's head with a sharp 'K!' sound. In a brutal close-up, a fist wrapped in a chain appears alongside a needle-like projectile flying toward the suited man's face. The man reacts with 'HUH?' as the needle approaches. The final panel reveals Nobunaga gripping the extended sword, its tip now embedded in the suited man's forehead, blood and motion lines emphasizing the fatal strike.

In a tense standoff, Hinrigh stands with a stern expression, his right hand extended while gripping a long staff-like weapon. Nearby, a suited man with a book labeled 'Lawyer's' watches with concern. In the background, a figure in a robe stands behind bars near an open door. Hinrigh suddenly lunges forward, grabbing the suited man and transferring an incoming attack. Hinrigh glares intensely as the ability activates. The swordsman threatens, 'I'll skewer you all like kebab.' He then says, 'Alright, who's next?' and 'You can sit back down now, I've figured you out.' Hinrigh retorts, 'Me neither. Only an idiot would approach the enemy so brazenly.' The swordsman apologizes for expecting a projectile attack due to samurai pride. Hinrigh tells him to quit with lame excuses about sacred principles. The suited man asks if there is anything he can do. Hinrigh questions if the swordsman is supposed to be the 'guard'. The swordsman yells, 'Isn't that why you told them your name?!' Hinrigh snaps back that he is not going anywhere and to get rid of the distractions. The suited man apologizes for getting distracted by Hinrigh's hair.

A man with shoulder-length dark hair smiles broadly with closed eyes as he confirms the situation. A detailed text box explains the conjuration ability: LSDF - MOHIST ATTACK, a defensive power that activates when Yokotani reveals his name to invaders, summoning guards immune to criminal damage. The man declares, "AH, THAT'S RIGHT." In the next panel, several Level 4 robot guards stand ready while the same man, now holding a book labeled "LSD F," raises his hand and announces two targets charged with breaking and entering and attempted murder. Below, a curly-haired woman and a topknot man watch with concern. The guards advance aggressively as the man points forward and proclaims, "THEIR SENTENCE IS UNDENIABLY: 'EVICTION'!!"

Security robots labeled 5 swarm a panicked man with a topknot, their batons and limbs flailing as they shout orders. One robot declares the katana confiscated while another yells to evacuate the premises. The topknot man is overwhelmed, his face twisted in shock as impact lines and UGH. SFX mark the assault. A massive close-up shows him being dragged away, screaming that the robots will chase on auto-pilot until eviction. A striped-pants figure watches from the side amid swirling smoke. In the lower panels, the topknot man is hauled through a doorway marked COMPLETE as the first eviction, with the robots piling out into a hallway under dramatic speed lines.

A long-haired man in a striped suit leaps dramatically across the foreground, shouting to evacuate the premises. In the background, more security robots stand with a woman holding a staff and a suited man. The suited man calmly states there is nowhere to run and asks for peaceful evacuation, explaining the robots' teleporting door and invincible inner-sanctum defense. The long-haired man hides behind a wall, realizing the user cannot see him and that the robots are on auto-pilot as Nobunaga described. He slams a door shut while the suited man smiles, warning that attempted murder due to willful negligence is a serious offense.

In a narrow hallway inside the hideout, a topknotted man in a robe stands with his back to the viewer and explains the trap mechanism. "...YOU LAND BACK HERE. WORKS BOTH AS A TRAP AND A SECRET PASSAGE-WAY," he says. "IF YOU ENTER FROM THE FRONT YOU'RE TRANS-PORTED TO THE HIDEOUT, AND IF YOU EXIT THROUGH A DOOR IN THE HIDEOUT... SO IT TAKES YOU BACK TO ROOM 310!..." A seated man in a robe wonders aloud, "I WONDER IF IT'S IN THIS ROOM TOO... BUT SURELY THERE'S A JUMP POINT JUST FOR MEMBERS." The topknotted man opens a door and steps forward. Suddenly a tall, curly-haired figure materializes in a burst of energy marked by vertical speed lines and the SFX "ビュッ". The topknotted man turns, arms crossed, as the curly-haired man speaks: "FIRST I'LL TRY TO WORK OUT WHERE THE HIDEOUT IS, USING THE FLOORPLAN. I THINK MY POWER'S ALL USED UP FOR TODAY, I'LL SWITCH TO A SUPPORT ROLE. LOST ALL MY KNIVES TOO." From off-panel voices reply, "I DON'T THINK THEY'LL NOTICE IT." "YEAH, THANKS TO YOUR ADVICE." "THAT WAS QUICK. DID YOU GET IT DONE?" The curly-haired man answers, "OH, WE'RE BACK HERE." In a wider shot of a bustling corridor lined with shops and potted plants, the topknotted man and curly-haired man walk among civilians while planning: "GOT IT. WE'LL SEARCH FOR THE TRANS-MITTER. I'LL MOBILIZE THE WHOLE FAMILY AND GET THEM TO GATHER THAT INTEL. I WANT THOSE GUYS' DESCRIPTIONS DRAWN UP SO WE CAN LOOK FOR WITNESSES AND NARROW DOWN THEIR BASE OF OPERATIONS."

The curly-haired man agrees, "AGREED. UNTIL WE LEARN MORE ABOUT THEIR BOSS' POWER AND THAT 'ORGAN' THING, WE SHOULD STAY ON GUARD. LOOKED LIKE A BUNCH OF ROOKIES TO ME, BUT..."
