Hinrigh is the Xi-Yu underboss who provided the lead on the Heil-ly suspects. He volunteers to swallow the transmitter himself after explaining its one-kilometer radius limit and how the receiver indicates proximity by pitch and red bar. Hinrigh plans to hide the device if captured and warns about the risk of being dissected. 1
