Who owns what
Manga, its characters, its artwork, and its text belong to their creators and publishers. Nothing on this site transfers or claims any part of that. Theories, commentary, and notes written here belong to the people who wrote them.
How panels are used
A panel appears only as a citation: attached to a chapter reference, alongside a line saying what it shows, in support of an argument being made about it. The editor will not accept an image without that reference, because an image without one is not a quotation.
What we do not do
We do not host chapters for reading, we do not put panels in sequence, and we do not aim to replace reading the work. Where a chapter is discussed, the page links out to the publisher.
If you upload something
You are responsible for what you attach. Upload a single panel to support a point you are making, not a page or a run of pages. Uploads carry your account and the chapter you cited, so a specific item can be found and removed without touching anything else.
Asking for removal
Send the address of the page, a description of the material, and a way to reach you. We aim to respond within five working days and to remove or restrict the item first and discuss afterwards. You do not need to prove anything before we act.
Repeat cases
Accounts that keep uploading material they have no right to upload lose the ability to attach images, and then the account. This is not a moderation stance, it is what keeps the site able to host anything at all.
