Duke Inuarashi drools and says that Caesar is a savior of theirs, even if it is hard to feel that way because he was also the source of the weapon. Wanda says Caesar handled the manufacturing while Doflamingo handled distribution, and those weapons would then reach the likes of Kaido. Luffy angrily yells "Caesar!!!" as the chapter title appears: "Chapter 809: 'Master Nekomamushi'."
