The Whitebeard allies understand that the Marines planned to drive them into the bay and surround them completely. They realize Whitebeard had already seen through it when he told them to prioritize destroying the ships around the outside. Sengoku orders that even weakened from the left and right, the Marines will crush the pirates from front and back. He commands, "Target the pirate crews under Whitebeard's command as planned!!
