Chopper glares menacingly and says, "THEY BETTER NOT GET BACK UP ANYMORE...". Usopp, barely conscious, pleads, "PLEASE...!". A wide shot shows the desolate desert landscape outside the ruins of Alubarna. Chopper has reverted to his small Brain Point reindeer form, standing beside Usopp's prone body as dust clouds settle in the background. Sound effects of heavy breathing, "HAA..." and "PANT PANT", fill the air. Page 4: Chopper's eyes widen in shock as he realizes the enemy is still moving. "They're alive..." he says. WE'RE GONNA BE KILLED ANYWAYS! THERE'S NO WAY WE CAN BEAT THESE MONSTERS!". Chopper calls out, "USOPP!?". Suddenly, Miss Merry Christmas bursts from the ground in her mole-human hybrid form, grabbing Usopp by the ankle. "YOUR FRIEND IS RIGHT..." she says. Chopper yells, "USOPP, STOP! YOU CAN'T RUN AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!". Miss Merry Christmas glares at Usopp, adding, "After all your little tricks and games...". Page 5: Miss Merry Christmas ruthlessly drags Usopp by his leg across the ground. Usopp screams in pain, "GAHHHHH!". Chopper cries out, "USOPP!". Miss Merry Christmas taunts him, "You think you can just get away scot-free?". She continues her mockery, "A weakling for a captain makes for followers that are even weaker..". Usopp, despite his fear, is caught off guard. "Captain...!? A-are you talking about Luffy...!?". Miss Merry Christmas smirks confidently. "IF YOU MEAN STRAW-HAT LUFFY, THEN HE'S NOTHING BUT A STONE COLD CORPSE BY NOW. MR. 0 TOOK CARE OF HIM. THE REBELLION'S ALREADY STARTED AND YOUR CAPTAIN'S NOW DEAD. YOU PICKED THE WRONG PEOPLE TO MESS WITH." Usopp's eyes widen in absolute disbelief as he processes the words: "Luffy's... dead...?".
