Excuse me. To prevent you two from freezing to death, I carried you here...!!" Bon Clay realizes he and Luffy were rescued about ten hours earlier and demands to know where Luffy is. Inazuma says he will tell everything and sends Bon Clay to the front, where the stage is starting. From the shadows, Emporio Ivankov addresses him directly: "Did you sleep well, Candy Boy...?" Bon Clay is shocked that Iva knows his name. Page 7: Ivankov explains New Kama Land from the stage. From Impel Down's sewers, one takes the "path that doesn't exist" and arrives at the prisoners' paradise, where they have liquor, weapons, games and nearly everything a heart could desire. He says people believe prisoners are disappearing and being dragged to hell, but in truth this is a hidden okama underworld. The crowd cheers "Freedom!" while Ivankov calls the place an underworld, then welcomes Bon Clay to the secret community hidden inside the prison.
