Kokoro laughs, "Ngagaga!! We just can't leave idiots be." Iceburg hands over the train: "Use it. I've prepared it for you... It has water and coal, it's gathering steam now." Luffy beams, "Ossan prepared it for us!!" But Iceburg warns them, "The Rocket Man is a failure prototype that was built before the Puffing Tom. No matter how you adjust the steam rate, you just can't slow it down, so... you'll easily lose control. I can't guarantee your safety." Page 11: Luffy accepts immediately: "Okay!!!
