An excellent idea. It's not something one without deep knowledge about the weather can do... BUT... IT'S NO GOOD." Enel remains completely unfazed, laughing, "Yahahaha! But you should already be aware, That if I were to increase the scale of my attacks, there's nothing you can do anymore! AM I WRONG!?" Nami, desperate and terrified, yells back, "I'm quite busy so disappear already! I CAN'T RUN AWAY ANYMORE!"
