Luffy and Vivi are shocked. Luffy yells, "WHAT HAPPENED!? WHY DID THE RUM SUDDENLY EXPLODE!?" Vivi realizes, "ISN'T THIS RUM FROM OUR SHIP!? IT EXPLODED FROM INSIDE HIS STOMACH! HOW HORRIBLE!" Luffy is furious, clenching his fists and yelling at Dorry, "ARE YOU BLIND!? WHY WOULD TWO WARRIORS WHO'VE BEEN FIGHTING EACH OTHER FOR OVER 100 YEARS, STOOP TO SUCH A LOW ACT!?" Dorry slowly sits up, his face darkened with anger and pain. He glares down at Luffy and Vivi, growling, "THEN WHO COULD IT HAVE BEEN... IT'S YOU LITTLE RUNTS..." Page 19: Dorry glares menacingly down at Luffy, thick smoke still coughing from his mouth and nose. He says, "COUGH! IT WASN'T BROGY... WE'RE PROUD WARRIORS OF ELBAF. WHAT ELSE WOULD IT BE IF IT'S NOT YOU...!" Luffy and Vivi stand before the furious giant. Vivi urges, "LET'S RUN AWAY FOR NOW! SAYING ANYTHING TO HIM WOULD BE FUTILE RIGHT NOW!" Luffy answers that trying to run away would also be useless against him, then takes off his straw hat and hands it to Vivi. "HERE, HOLD ON TO THIS," he says. "JUST STAND BACK." Vivi holds the hat, terrified at the prospect of a fight, and asks, "ARE YOU SERIOUSLY PLANNING TO FIGHT HIM!? THAT'S BEYOND RECKLESS! THE SIZE DIFFERENCE IS TOO MUCH!" Luffy steps forward, cracking his knuckles with a sharp "CRACK CRACK" sound. He looks up at the angry giant with a serious, determined expression and declares, "SORRY ABOUT THIS, MISTER, BUT I'M GONNA HAVE TO SHUT YOU UP FOR A BIT."
