He stretches his arm far down toward the courtyard. "Not as long as I'm around!". Luffy's hand grabs the snowy ground below. Using his stretched arm like a slingshot, Luffy launches himself down from the tower at high speed, yelling, "I'm his friend!". Wapol and his men look up in terror as Luffy hurtles toward them, screaming, "Aghhh!".
