He thrashes with swords and tentacles, cutting through the people around him while they scream, "AAAA ARGH HHH!!" He is introduced as HYOUZOU, a blue-ringed octopus merman, and mumbles through the chaos, "Hm-hm-h mmmm..." The men nearby can no longer even tell what he is saying.
