Kyros answers that he is fine and still conscious, and more importantly he is glad Mansherry is okay, because her survival must have been hell. He asks her to save her happiness for when the stifling Birdcage disappears and says that if she wants to use her power, there are countless people across the country who need it more than he does. He looks over Dressrosa, saying they have destroyed the factory and their battle now proceeds to its moment of truth: whether the country can be returned to King Riku's hands, or fall into darkness and despair again. The hopes of Dressrosa now rest with Luffyland and Lawland.
