Luffy, Gats, Donquixote Doflamingo, Dressrosa citizens, Colosseum fighters ### Summary Page 17: Gats, the announcer from the Colosseum, reaches Luffy and asks, "Do you recognise me?" He introduces himself and says that even he is starting to like Luffy. Gats reveals that Luffy was the mysterious gladiator Lucy. With Doflamingo coming after him, he asks what Luffy will do now and whether there is anything he can do to help. Luffy says he needs ten minutes. After using Boundman, he cannot use Haki for ten minutes, but once he gets it back, he can still run and will finish Doflamingo in one more attack for sure. Page 18: Gats understands Luffy's request: if he can buy Luffy ten minutes, that will end Doflamingo's reign. He asks whether Luffy is saying that he will free them from the Birdcage if they hold out that long. Luffy, badly beaten and barely standing, answers with a firm promise: "I promise...!!!" Gats accepts with "All right!!!" This turns the fight into a desperate ten-minute survival mission for everyone still trapped inside the Birdcage.
