Sanji, still struggling, says, 'Feeling sorry for that useless sack of crap!?'. A close-up shows Sanji's face, bruised and bleeding from the mouth, as he repeats, 'Use-less... sack of crap!?'. Beside him, a close-up of Luffy shows a fierce, intense glare directed at Krieg. Page 8: Don Krieg stands confidently, gesturing with his hand as he speaks. 'Of course. What else would you call an useless idiot, who loses sight of his objectives and disobeys my orders?' On the deck, Gin is shown lying face down, coughing up blood and gasping, 'Cough! Gah!'. Krieg continues his cold rationale: 'Seeing as how he may repeat his failures again in the future, killing him right now on the spot is how I show my love.' In the water nearby, the Baratie cooks are shocked. Patty and Carne, along with others, look on in disbelief. 'I can't believe it! The Don is actually gonna kill our battle commander!' Another cook points and yells, 'Hey look! Our guys are fine!'. Patty and Carne react with surprise, 'Sanji!?'. Another cook realizes the situation, 'Ahh! That Krieg's battle commander or whatever must've gotten a full blast of that poison gas!' Page 9: Sanji urgently yells at the cooks in the water, 'Patty! Don't you have some antidote!?'. Patty, looking nervous, replies, 'U-uhh yeah... I think so but that's mainly for food poisoning...'. Patty adds, 'And besides, that guy's the enem...', but Sanji cuts him off, shouting angrily, 'Whatever! Just bring it over now!'. Zeff, standing tall with his arms crossed, intervenes. 'You idiot, just put that mask on him right now. It must contain at least a bit of an antidote of some sort.' He instructs them further, 'Take him up to the 2nd floor and have him breathe with that mask. If there's even the slightest chance of still saving him, then that's the first step to take.' Sanji quickly places the gas mask over Gin's face, looking down at him with concern. 'Don't you dare die, Gin...!' Luffy stands quietly in the background. Sanji then turns his anger back to the cooks, 'Patty! Carne! Move your asses!'. Patty and Carne scramble out of the water, startled. 'A-alright, you don't have to yell!' one says, while another asks, 'Me too?'. Page 10: Don Krieg smirks dismissively, 'Hmph, it's futile... He'll only hang around for another hour or so...'. Sanji and another cook are lifting Gin's limp body. Sanji looks down at Gin and says, 'Don't you dare let yourself, be killed by a guy like him!'. Luffy walks past them, his face set in determination. He tells Gin, 'Hang in there with sheer willpower! Got it!? Because I'll send him flying in the meanwhile.' Gin, barely conscious under the mask, weakly protests, 'N... no, stop... you can't... hope to... beat him...'. As Luffy continues walking forward, Sanji suddenly grabs Luffy's leg, stopping him. 'Hey! Calm down, you idiot! Charging directly at him is exactly what he wants! You'll get yourself killed!' Page 11: Luffy turns his head to look back at Sanji, his expression completely serious and unwavering. He states simply, 'I'm not gonna die.' Sanji looks up at him, surprised by his resolve. In the distance, Don Krieg aims his weaponized shield. Luffy yells out a challenge to Krieg, 'If you wanna shoot at me, then go ahead! Shoot as much as you want!'. Sanji, still holding Luffy's leg, shouts, 'Hey!'. Krieg smirks, preparing to fire. 'Fool... Nothing easier to kill than a worked up idiot...'. Sanji, frustrated, lets go of Luffy and yells, 'Fine! Do whatever the hell you want...!' Page 12: Luffy sprints forward along the broken mast extending over the water towards Krieg. Krieg watches him approach and mocks him, 'I've heard that even monkeys learn from their mistakes, but I guess you're even dumber than a monkey seeing as how you're trying to repeat your mistake a second time.' Luffy continues his charge, yelling back, 'Ain't that right, hammer boy!? I'm just bad at giving up, that's all.' Krieg unleashes a barrage of explosives from hi...
