A runner adds, "ALTHOUGH WE WERE THE ONES RUNNING!!" Luffy immediately takes command of the next step: "WE'RE ALL HERE THEN? NOW LET'S GET ON THIS THING!!" and "THIS WHOLE PLACE IS FALLING APART!!" The crowd below cheers and panics at once: "UOOHH HHHHHH HHH!!" Luffy shouts down, "HURRY!!! WE'RE GETTING OUT OF HERE, YOU GUYS!!" while others yell, "GET ON THE RAIL CAR!!"
