"The hell are you yappin' about? Who's gonna kill me?" Jobo, sweating profusely, screams, "YOU OUGHTA RUN NOW! OR... OR YOU'RE A DEAD MAN!" Outside, heavy, ominous footsteps approach, accompanied by a loud "SMASH!" and a deep rumbling sound. Inside the bar, Jobo stammers out the unbelievable numbers he saw: "SIXTY MILLION...!? ONE HUNDRED MILLION...!?" The other patrons in the bar turn to look, their faces a mix of shock and confusion at the massive bounty figures. Page 7: Panic erupts among the bar patrons. "THAT'S RIGHT! THOSE TWO GUYS FROM DURING THE DAY... BOTH HAVE BOUNTIES HIGHER THAN YOU, BELLAMY!" one shouts. Others fret, "Aww, crap! We messed with the wrong pirate!" and "You don't think they'd remember our faces, do you? What if they come back here right now!?" Another adds, "I've never even seen a guy with a bounty that high before..." Suddenly, Bellamy bursts into hysterical laughter. "HAHA HAHA HAHA! AHAHA HAHA HAHA! OH C'MON NOW!" He mocks the terrified crowd, "Look at you idiots! Pissin' your panties over a piece of paper! Are those eyes of yours just for decoration or what!? Didn't you all get a good look at'em in person!?" Bellamy smirks, explaining his theory: "Have you never heard of a pirate who used a fake bounty poster, To make a name for himself purely by bluffing? His opponents took one look at his ridiculously high bounty, And surrendered without a fight, even though they could've easily beaten him." Meanwhile, outside the bar, Luffy finally arrives, standing before the building and saying, "Finally here."
