"WE SHOULD BE AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE SHIPYARD SOON." Usopp replies, "OKAY." Nami instructs, "FIRST WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE AQUATIC ELEVATOR." Usopp is confused, "AQUATIC ELEVATOR?" They approach a massive, imposing stone structure with large gates. Nami points ahead, "IT'S PROBABLY THAT TOWER-LOOKING STRUCTURE." As they get closer, Nami explains, "THIS WAY TO THE ELEVATOR TO ZOUSENSHIMA. IT'S WHERE THE SHIPYARDS AND THE CITY HALL OF WATER SEVEN ARE LOCATED." Page 13: They enter the large structure. A guard announces, "PLEASE ENTER QUICKLY. THE GATE WILL CLOSE IN ONE MINUTE." Luffy looks around, asking, "WHAT DO WE DO HERE?" Nami looks at a diagram on the wall showing how the system works. "OH I SEE. THAT'S HOW THE AQUATIC ELEVATOR WORKS!!" They are inside a large stone chamber. The heavy metal door closes behind them with a loud "GASHAN!!". Usopp notes, "AH! THE DOOR CLOSED." Suddenly, water begins to flood into the chamber from below. Luffy realizes, "OH! WE'RE GOING UP!" Usopp repeats, "GOING UP!" The water level rises rapidly, lifting their boats higher and higher. Luffy laughs joyfully, "HAHAHA! WATER SEVEN IS SO FUN!!" Nami observes, "THEY DO EVERYTHING WITH WATER."
