Marines report that they have captured many investigation ships in the past, and Olvia, furious, asks, "How dare you! Hurting my nakama...!!!" Saul asks the question at the heart of Ohara: "Do ya really want da weapons?" A Marine claims, "Without ever doubting the law, claiming that you just want to prevent the production of the weapons...!!" Saul answers that the Government has been "mindlessly punishing" them and is just afraid of a past it does not even know. The Marines call it a top-secret mission and mention "Buster Call!!?" with dread, while Saul realizes this order will lead to warships. Page 13: Saul argues that the captured people are only scholars: "Dey're only scholars. We dun hafta go dat far!!"
