The factory is not enough by itself; it is only being pushed along with the cage. Zoro and the others keep pushing, shouting that they have to stop it. Beyond the factory, in front of the cage, people strain with a long "Puuuuuush!" Even though the factory's seastone shell resists the threads, the entire mass is still moving, forcing everyone to keep adding strength. Page 15: The contraction begins to slow down slightly, and someone asks, "How's that?!" Fujitora observes that now it has been mentioned, he can perceive something similar. Zoro notices the change as well. When Fujitora appears behind him, Zoro asks why he is there. Fujitora answers that he cannot really leave the insane alone to their own devices, and although he may not have much strength left in his old bones, he asks for the honor of assisting.
