## One Piece Chapter 19, pages 7-8: DEVIL'S FRUIT - Chapter: 19 - Pages: 7-8 - Characters: young Buggy, young Shanks, Silvers Rayleigh, Roger Pirates ### Summary Page 7: The flashback continues with young Buggy and young Shanks glaring angrily at each other, pressing their faces close. Buggy yells, "IT'S THE NORTH POLE!!" Young Shanks shouts back, "NO, IT'S THE SOUTH POLE!!" They continue bickering, with Buggy saying, "YOU'RE STILL INSISTING ON THAT, MORON!" and Shanks replying, "OF COURSE! I'M TELLING YOU I'M RIGHT!!" They start brawling in the background, exchanging blows with "BOKA! BOKA! BOKA!" sound effects while the rest of the pirate crew laughs ("HA! HA! HA! HA!"). Suddenly, a tall man with glasses and a ponytail, Silvers Rayleigh, steps in and bonks both boys on the head with a loud "DONK! DONK!" They cry out "EEK!" and "OUCH!" as they fall to the deck holding their heads. Rayleigh scolds them, "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! YOU TWO ALWAYS GONNA FIGHT OR WHAT!?!!" He stands over them, hands on his hips, and lectures, "I CAN'T SEE WHY WHETHER THE NORTH POLE OR THE SOUTH POLE IS COLDER HAS TO DO WITH YOU!! IF YOU WANT TO KNOW SO BADLY, GO TO BOTH PLACES AND CHECK FOR YOURSELF!! IDIOTS..." Page 8: The flashback continues on the deck of a pirate ship. A lookout calls, "A VESSEL IS COMING FROM THE NORTH WEST!!" and a crew member orders, "OKAY!! ATTACK!!". Young Shanks, holding a sword, shouts, "LET'S START THE ACTION!!!". Young Buggy, holding two daggers, looks determined and says, "A VESSEL'S THE SAME AS A TREASURE BOX!! THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO A PIRATE IS HIS LOOT!!". Shanks smiles at him and says, "LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE EXCITED, BUGGY". Buggy replies, "WELL, THAT'S ONE THING... IT'S NOT JUST ONE THING... IT'S EVERYTHING!! TOO NICE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. YOU AND THIS SHIP'S PIRATES... DON'T TREAT TREASURE SERIOUSLY ENOUGH!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT A PIRATE REALLY IS!!". Shanks draws his sword with a "ZING!" sound.
