Ivankov answers, "Somewhat, yes...!! However, there is something strange about him!!" Doflamingo laughs, "Fuffuffuffu!! Looks like the both of you knew ol' Kuma, eh? But this guy and the Kuma you knew are two different people." Ivankov demands to know what is going on, saying it is utterly impossible and that this is most certainly the user of the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, Kuma. Doflamingo reveals that a few days ago Government scientist Dr. Vegapunk performed the final restructuring of Kuma's body, finally turning him into a complete human weapon. He identifies him as the former Bartholomew Kuma.
