A large group of men in winter clothing stands on the snowy shore, aiming rifles directly at the ship. "Stop right there, pirates!" one of them shouts. Luffy, Usopp, and Vivi look at the armed crowd. Luffy says, "Hey, there're people." Usopp, sweating nervously, remarks, "Uhh... judging from the mood, this doesn't look so good..." A stern-looking man with a square jaw, wearing a thick fur-lined coat, steps forward. This is Dalton. He commands them, "You will turn around immediately, and leave this island at once."
