Genzo pumps Luffy's chest, pleading, "PUMP PUMP PUMP... PLEASE...! PLEASE BREATHE!". On the surface, Yosaku and Johnny panic, yelling, "WHAT HAPPENED TO BROTHER LUFFY!? DON'T TELL ME HE'S DEAD?" and "BROTHER COOK! DON'T STAND UP!". Nojiko watches Genzo's efforts intently and notices Luffy's hand twitch. She says, "HE MOVED!? ALMOST THERE...! COME BACK TO LIFE...! PLEASE!". Meanwhile, Sanji, bleeding heavily from his mouth, struggles to his feet, groaning, "UGH...!".
