Luffy, G-5 Marines, Vergo, Joker ### Summary Page 10: Outside, the G-5 Marines cannot see the cage through all the smoke. They shout, "TASHIGI-CHAN!! ARE YOU OKAY?!" and "SMOKE-YAN!! ARE YOU OKAY IN ALL THAT SMOKE?!" Law tells Smoker, "LISTEN TO ME, WHITE HUNTER. I HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO SAVE YOUR LIFE..." but admits that if Vergo lost his position because Smoker survived, that would benefit Law too. His condition is strict: Smoker must forget everything he heard about Law and Joker. This is not a request, Law says, but "A CONDITION, A PROMISE IN EXCHANGE FOR YOUR LIFE...!!"
