Another voice explains, "THIS PROTECTIVE GEAR WAS DEVELOPED BY VEGAPUNK," and the answer to Caesar's failure becomes clear: "HE'S REALLY WAY SMARTER THAN CAESAR!" Caesar understood the danger too, and that is why he ordered the gear removed: "BUT CAESAR KNEW THAT. THAT'S WHY..." The men realize, "THAT'S WHY HE SAID THE GEAR WOULDN'T PROVIDE PROTECTION," and, "HE TOLD THEM TO STRIP IT OFF IN ORDER TO RUN AWAY AT FULL SPEED." The result is visible around them: Caesar's own men are frozen in place. "SO THAT'S WHY HIS MEN GOT PETRIFIED," one says, while another urges, "HEY, HURRY UP!!" As the search begins, they reach the petrified bodies and the air turns uneasy. "WHAT DO WE DO NOW... ALL WE HAVE TO TAKE IN ARE THESE," someone says.
