THE DRUGS HAVE FINALLY RUN THEIR COURSE!!" Then the judge changes the charges exactly as Tom requested. The order goes out: "ARREST THOSE THREE ATTACKERS OF THE SHIHOUSEN!!!!" Franky screams, "WAIT!!!" and a shocked voice asks, "AH?" But the judge's words are final: "THE CHARGES HAVE BEEN CHANGED."
