Then he speaks to Franky through the Den Den Mushi: "CUTTY FLAM ...!! ARE YOU THERE ... BEEN A LONG TIME." The old CP5 trap has returned through CP9 command. Page 19: From the Enies Lobby command room, Spandam reveals himself fully. He says, "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU'D STILL BE ALIVE AFTER THAT INCIDENT." Franky replies, "I CAN'T BELIEVE IT... BUT IT'S HAPPY NEWS." His anger remains alive: "IT'S BEEN 8 YEARS... EVERYTIME MY WOUNDS HURT, I WAS TORTURED BY MY UNDYING ANGER. BECAUSE THE CRIMINAL WHO MADE ME THIS WAY WAS DEAD." Spandam asks, "YOU DON'T REMEMBER!!?" and then identifies himself: "I'M THE MAN WHO ARRESTED THE TOM'S WORKERS 8 YEARS AGO, AS PART OF CP5!!"
