Brook recognizes the danger at once: "WHAT'S THIS?? THIS SHIP UNDER 'SURVEILLANCE' ALREADY??" The Sunny is no longer outside; the forward gate has closed. Someone cries, "PLEASE LOOK AT THIS!! THE FORWARD GATE HAS ALREADY CLOSED!" Brook realizes, "THIS IS THE INSIDE OF THE GATE! THAT MEANS...!!" The crew had unknowingly picked up a floating barrel, and someone says, "AH!! WE DID!!"
