Luffy, Pirates, Mikazuki no Gyari ### Summary Page 7: Standing confidently on the railing of the docked pirate ship, a young man wearing a straw hat looks out toward the village. He casually remarks, "MAH, THERE ARE FOOD STORES," and adds, "FIGHTING PEOPLE MADE ME HUNGRY." A large sound effect "SFX: DON!" emphasizes his presence. Down on the ship's deck behind him, several pirates lie unconscious and defeated, their weapons scattered. One pirate, still conscious but sitting battered on the deck, glares up at the young man and angrily shouts, "BASTARD!!! JUST WHO DO YOU THINK I AM!!! DON'T THINK YOU'LL GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!". The young man in the straw hat glances back over his shoulder with a mildly surprised expression. Page 8: The battered pirate on the deck is revealed to be the captain, a large man with a prominent crescent-moon-shaped mustache and a matching symbol on his bicorne hat. A caption box identifies him as "NAME: MIKAZUKI NO GYARI (CRESCENT MOON GYARI)". Gyari yells defensively, "I DIDN'T LOSE!!! AS IF I COULD LOSE, IDIOT!!!". Another pirate stands behind him, looking shocked. Gyari continues his rant, "I JUST LET DOWN MY GUARD!! I LOST BECAUSE MY GUARD WAS DOWN!!! WAIT, WHAT!?". From his perch on the railing, the straw hat-wearing youth looks down at them. Gyari demands, "I HEARD A RUMOR THAT THERE WAS A GUY GOING AROUND TAKING OVER PIRATE SHIPS BUT... WHAT GRUDGE DO YOU HAVE AGAINST US TO DO SUCH CRAP!!". The young man replies calmly, "I WASN'T PLANNING ON FIGHTING. YOU GUY STARTED ATTACKING ME, REMEMBER?". He then looks slightly annoyed and adds, "'WEIRD BEARD,' RIGHT? WHO'S THE ONE PICKING A FIGHT!! ALL THE PIRATES UP TO NOW DID THE SAME THING".
