Page 1: A drunk man, Jobo, stands on a wooden walkway near the sea, relieving himself into the water below. He sighs, "Ahh... All that booze comin' right back out... What a waste... HIC! May you rest in peace..." A seagull flies overhead, cooing. As he finishes, he mutters, "What a waste... Whoo... HIC!" He shakes himself off, laughing drunkenly, "Eeheehee heehee! If you even exist, that is... Heh heh heh... Eheh, O' God of Rum, thanks fer anotha day of inebriation..." Suddenly, a seagull flies by and drops a rolled-up newspaper directly onto his head. Page 2: Jobo unrolls the newspaper, grumbling, "Heh, I'm already in a lawless town. As if I really need to be introduced to more pirates..." He realizes what he's holding, "Oh, the papers, eh? Le'see what kinda bad news we got... Hm? Oh wait, these are bounty posters." He chuckles to himself, "Whew, that was one long piss... Ehee hee hee!" Looking at the posters, he recognizes the faces. "Whoa, ain't these two them yellow-bellied cowards from noon...? Hee hee... Sure had a good laugh over their sky island nonsense... I think he was worth 30 mil. Hm?" He starts counting the zeros on the bounty amount. "Let's see... One... ten... hundred... thousand... ten thousand... hundred thousand... million... Man, I gotta drink less. Seein' zeroes all over the damn place. Ahaha, that can't be right. Must've drank too much!" Suddenly, his eyes bulge out in absolute terror, sweat pouring down his face as he realizes the true amount. "Hundred thousand, million, ten million... ONE HUNDRED MILLION!?"
