Even if you spot a criminal inside, you've got no jurisdiction to act against them." The soldier understands perfectly. "The only law that applies here is the dogma of the Doflamingo Family! If you pull those triggers..." The guards are forced to back down, though they curse him: "You'll be the criminals!!" and "Now get outta here!!"
