When Queen protests, "No, you, er, you must be jok-" Kaido simply orders, "Take them off." Queen's men whisper that Big Mom and Lord Kaido were once crewmates a long time ago. Kaido says, "Take 'em off already. Hurry up," and the chains are removed.
