Crocodile looks shocked, asking if he's serious. Luffy glares fiercely, declaring, "NOW I'M NOT THE SAME LUFFY YOU'VE FOUGHT!" He then smashes the barrel of water with his hands, yelling, "BUT WHAT ABOUT NOW!?"
