Franky stands amidst the extensive wreckage, but his appearance has drastically changed: his signature towering pompadour hair is now completely flat and drooping over his face. His followers, Mozu and Kiwi, approach him cautiously, calling out, 'BRO.' Franky replies with a simple, 'HM?' He explains his deflated appearance to them, saying, 'I'M ALL TAPPED OUT... LOOK AT MY HAIR. WITH MY COUP DE VENT'. One of his followers notes, 'NAH. THEY RAN AWAY. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO CHASE THEM?' Franky grins wickedly, his flat hair making him look entirely different, and laughs confidently, 'MWAHAHAHA, SO HE REALLY IS WORTH 100 MIL. HE'S GONNA BE TOUGH. WE WERE INTERRUPTED. I'LL MAKE HIM DISAPPEAR AFTER I REFUEL.' Page 17: The Galley-La foremen gather themselves amidst the ruins of the dock. Rob Lucci, holding his hat, sighs, 'WHAT A DAY...' Kaku, adjusting his cap, adds, 'THAT FRANKY. HE SURE MESSED THINGS UP...' Paulie addresses the group, stating, 'SINCE THEY CAN'T USE THE SHIP THEY CAME HERE WITH, WE HAVE TO GATHER INFORMATION...!!! BUT WE CAN'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS... TONIGHT IS THE AQUA LAGUNA. OTHER THAN THE TWO TRAINS GOING OUT TODAY, THERE ARE NO OTHER WAY OF GETTING OFF THE ISLAND.' A wide shot shows the city of Water 7. Paulie commands, 'WE'LL GET THIS OVER WITH BEFORE DAWN. HAVE THE GALLEY-LA EMPLOYEES SPREAD THROUGHOUT THE ISLAND.'
