Laffitte asks for his exact location, while another Blackbeard pirate curses that Burgess had better spit it out and asks where he is. Page 10: The scene changes to the New World, Calais Bari Island, Buggy District. Buggy's camp is flooded with dispatch requests, and someone says the phones will not stop ringing. Buggy is greeted as chairman and shouts back, "Nyga hahaha! What's up!" He explains that people are now desperately hiring pirate mercenaries because Doflamingo's stopped shipment of weapons has completely cornered the war market. The page introduces Pirate Dispatch Company Buggy's Delivery. Buggy orders his men to cause havoc in battle and pillage him a fortune, laughing that he understands the situation and telling the boys to listen up after they have had their fill.
