Luffy, Buggy, unidentified Buggy Pirate ### Summary Page 9: Nami walks alongside Luffy, pointing at his straw hat. She asks, "WHY'D YOU GET SO MAD WHEN THAT GUY TOUCHED YOUR HAT? IS IT VALUABLE?" Luffy holds the brim of his hat and replies, "THIS HAT IS MY TREASURE." Nami leans in eagerly, asking, "TREASURE, HUH? DO YOU KEEP JEWELS HIDDEN IN IT? OR A TREASURE MAP!?" Luffy turns away, looking annoyed, and says, "AWW, LEAVE ME ALONE. I'VE GOT THINGS TO DO." The scene shifts to a large building. A caption reads, "ON THE ROOF OF A TAVERN..." Loud sounds of a struggle, "KRASH BANG BOOM WHAK", emanate from the building. Inside, a close-up shows the shadowed face of a man with a large, round nose and intense eyes. He angrily demands, "YOU STILL HAVEN'T CAUGHT THAT THIEF!?" Page 10: A nervous, burly pirate sweats as he reports, "W-WE'RE STILL SEARCHING FOR HER, CAPTAIN BUGGY..." Buggy, still mostly in shadow with his large round nose prominent, growls, "AND JUST WHEN WE WERE ABOUT TO HEAD THERE......AND RAISE SOME HELL!!!" The pirate stammers an excuse: "WELL YOU SEE, CAP'N, SIR... SOMEHOW, THE KEY TO THE MAP ROOM GOT LEFT IN THE LOCK..." Buggy's face is shown in a tight close-up, his eyes wide with fury as he snaps, "WHAT DID YOU SAY!?" The pirate continues, "AND ONLY THE ROBBER KNOWS--" The scene cuts to the exterior of the tavern roof as Buggy's voice booms out in a jagged speech bubble: "THIS IS INEXCUSABLE!! HOW COULD YOU LET THE MAP OF THE GRAND LINE GET STOLEN!?" Back inside, the pirate tries to finish his sentence: "I SAID, ROBBER KNOWS--" Buggy mishears him, his voice erupting in a massive, jagged font: "WHAT? RUBBER NOSE??" A loud "KRASH!!" and a cry of "YIKES!" follow as debris flies, indicating Buggy has violently attacked the crew member.
