The man suggests, "LET'S TALK OUTSIDE." Page 14: The man stands before them, wearing a cap with "Galley" written on it and holding some tools. He explains, "ONLY EMPLOYEES ARE ALLOWED IN THERE." Usopp replies, "A~~~... SO..." The man asks, "WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR?" Luffy, noticing the man's long nose, asks, "HI... USOPP?" Usopp angrily yells, "I'M RIGHT HERE, LUFFY!!" Nami points out, "YEAH.
