Chopper sees the danger first: "...!! Ack!! Watch out!!!" Franky realizes the open drop beneath him: "Shit!! The sea is right below us!!!" They crash and spin along the outside of the tower, debris falling with them. Chopper screams from above, "Fran-kyyy!!!" while Franky is carried toward the roaring waterfall. It is a terrible position for a cyborg who can fight on land but cannot afford to be swept helplessly into the sea below Enies Lobby. Page 9: The waterfall yawns below the tower. Chopper panics, "Oh, crap...!! If he gets swept away... He'll go straight to the bottom of the waterfall!! And I can't save him if he's in the sea! Franky!! Good luck...!!!" Franky falls through spray and rubble, thinking, "Shit...!!" Fukuro is not helpless in midair. "Chapapapa!! Even if I'm thrown into the abyss, I still have 'Geppou'!!" he boasts. Franky fights the current: "I can't stop this...!!! The current is too strong!!! I can't hold my breath anymore. I've gotta surface!!!" Fukuro gloats, "Chapapa, fall, you... fall...!!!"
