Luffy appears at the window: "There you are!" Soldiers shout, "Apprehend Straw Hat!" and "Lucy! Over here!" A lady-in-waiting says she should not be consorting with pirates because it is improper. Meanwhile King Riku says it is time to announce the return of the Riku royal family to the throne. Luffy asks Tank Lepanto to call Viola and Rebecca because he is going down to the city. Tank agrees: "Yes! I shall return at once! I've been waiting for this day for far too long!" Page 5: Rebecca runs to Luffy's window as guards panic: "Lucy!" "Rebecca!"
