Page 2: Usopp, now wearing a fake mustache and an afro wig himself, points a finger and seriously explains to Luffy, "Luffy!! If you wear this afro, your punch will become stronger! Nonetheless, the strength found in blacks is still a scientific mystery today." Luffy listens intently, sweating slightly. Usopp continues, "It is said that 'The champs are blacks...' or is it 'Blacks are champs...' This hair style will awaken your deepest latent primal powers." Luffy asks in amazement, "Really, Usopp!?" In the middle panel, Foxy and his crew watch the display. Foxy chuckles, "Fueh fueh. Interesting..." Usopp yells, "Hell yeah!!" Luffy adds, "Wow! You even talk differently!!" In the large bottom panel, Luffy is fully dressed in his new boxing gear: an afro, boxing gloves, and shorts with a skull and crossbones design on his chest. He raises his gloved hands to the sky, shouting, "Hell yeah~~~!!!" Usopp stands proudly beside him with his arms crossed, while the Foxy Pirates cheer in the background.
