Don Chinjao appears, named as a Kanokuni gang member and formerly the twelfth commander of the Happou Navy, now retired. He tells the younger fighters, "You'll have to try another time, greenhorns!!" The narration explains that the might of the Happou Navy boasts hundreds of years of storied history. Boo, the vice commander, is also introduced, and the two men prove that no one can stand up to them.
