A person could conceal belief and pass that test; the signatures, he claims, are "the unshakable proof of who stands with me and who is against me!!!" He announces that everyone on the list will have to be disposed of. Neptune, chained and furious, calls it "Such arrogance...!!" Chopper screams, "Zoro!! Usopp!! Brook!!" and Luffy blurts, "Ahhh!! They got caught!!" Hody makes the execution method plain: by the time Neptune's execution is complete, the room will be flooded completely, and that alone should be enough to take the lives of "these inferior humans."
