Law is forced to face him again and recognizes the situation with irritation: "This guy again!?" The only people capable of refining it to such a small size... are the craftsmen of Wano." He flicks a seastone nail into Law, and Law immediately understands what hit him: "A seastone... nail!?" His subordinates answer, "Yes, sir!!" while Kaidou warns that the word pirate must not be written in the newspaper because it is forbidden for the outside world to have any influence in Wano. Then something strange happens. Several men collapse around Luffy with a heavy thud, and the crowd panics: "What kind of a joke is this!?" and "Waaaaaah!! What happened to you guys!?" Kaidou looks at the unconscious pirate and realizes that Luffy's will is still spilling out strongly enough to affect those nearby.
