Kid and Killer will remain in the water as long as Luffy and Hyogoro are alive; in other words, they will stay submerged until both fighters in the ring die. Luffy protests, "That's stupid!! I've got nothing to do with them!!" Queen points out that the blades inside Luffy's and Hyo's collars will kill them instantly if they leave the ring.
