## One Piece Chapter 719, pages 2-3: Open, Chinjao - Chapter: 719 - Pages: 2-3 - Characters: Monkey D. Luffy, Chinjao, Corrida Colosseum Commentator, Marshall D. Teach, Silvers Rayleigh, Gol D. Roger ### Summary Page 2: The crowd roars for Luffy: "Go, Lucy!" and "Give it your all, Chinjao!!" One spectator calls it "What a wild one-on-one!!" while the commentators admit, "The combatants are already moving too fast for me to see what's going on!!" and "But we sure can feel their iron wills!! What we have here, before our eyes..." The colosseum trembles as the narrator declares that this is "without a doubt the most intense battle to take place here... since our fair Colosseum was established!!" Chinjao faces Luffy across the torn arena and tells him, "You've no hope." He says the new generation are only "over-confident brats," that Whitebeard is gone, and that they will "never surpass the sea that we fought over!!!" Page 3: Chinjao's contempt sharpens into a lecture about the great names of the previous age. He says Luffy's strength is "still far too lacking to even dream of bearing your fangs at me." Spectators recognize the history behind the old man's anger: "The only one who's put on much of a show at all... is that guy, 'Blackbeard' Teach." Someone echoes, "Blackbeard!?" Chinjao mocks Rayleigh as well, saying, "A man like Rayleigh must have really lost it if his idea of a representative for the new generation is a brat such as yourself!!" He tells Luffy, "Give up on being a pirate!!" Then he turns the insult toward the age itself: the Marines, he says, had the right idea two years ago when they tried to erase the old bloodline, and he asks, "You think you stand a chance against the admirals and the emperors?" and "You think you can surpass Roger? How utterly ridiculous!!!"
