## One Piece Chapter 21, pages 12-13: VILLAGE - Chapter: 21 - Pages: 12-13 - Characters: Roronoa Zoro, Buggy Pirates, Boodle, villagers ### Summary Page 12: The page opens with a close-up of Zoro looking bewildered, a drop of sweat on his face, as he says, "HUH!?". In the next panel, the three Buggy pirates who were just confronting them are suddenly sent flying high into the air, flailing their limbs and screaming with a loud "!!!?". The large bottom panel shows the three pirates crashing violently into the wooden debris of the ruined town with a massive "ZAZAZAZA" impact sound. They scream "AAAAHHHHHHH!!!" as they tumble through the wreckage. In the foreground, Zoro looks back over his shoulder at the chaotic crash, still confused, uttering another "HUH?". Page 13: The villagers gather anxiously around their Chief, Boodle, who is now sitting up and holding his head, recovering from being knocked unconscious. A villager exclaims, "AAH! CHIEF, YOU'RE AWAKE!". Boodle groans, "YEAH...". Another villager says, "I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE ALRIGHT!! JUST WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED, CHIEF?!". In the middle panel, Boodle looks out over the rubble of the destroyed town with a loud "DO-N!" sound effect. A villager explains, "THIS... WHEN WE CAME IT WAS ALREADY LIKE THIS. DID YOU SEE ANYTHING?". In the bottom row, Boodle's eyes widen in shock with a "!!!" as a villager mentions, "AH! UNTIL JUST A WHILE AGO THESE THREE WEIRD GUYS WERE...". Another villager adds, "THOSE KIDS...". Boodle urgently interrupts, asking, "WERE THOSE KIDS STILL ALIVE...!!?".
