Spandine steps forward with CP9, irritated rather than solemn. One agent mutters, "Sigh, so troublesome," while another wonders, "I wonder if this'll get me promoted or something." Spandine gives the order that turns Ohara's scholarship into a target list: "Guys, take anybody referred to as a 'scholar' into custody." The reply comes back, "Yes, sir!" Page 17: Panic spreads through town. Someone shouts, "A woman with a gun is in town!!" and Robin runs through the streets, breathing "Haa" and asking, "What's going on!!?" She hears the alarm from the library: "Doctor!! Everyone...!!" Then she sees the woman with the long rifle sprinting through the crowd.
